Registration Procedure
Participants are requested to register in advance by online registration.
Only on-line registration is accepted. Registration by e-mail, fax, post or phone cannot be accepted.
Registration Deadline: November 22 (Fri.), 2013 [closed].

cancellation, please contact the Registration Desk.

Please make a reservation on the registration form and pay the Participation Fee at the Registration Desk on site upon your arrival.

Presentation at the Poster Session
If you would like to make a presentation at the Poster Presentation on December 2, please register and submit an abstract no later than November 11 (Mon.), 2013 [closed].
