Accommodation

We have reserved rooms at the hotels listed below for participants from Monday, July 13 to Saturday, July 18. Booking can be made via the online system prepared by JTB Western Japan, Corp. Please note that you need to finish the conference registration and make your account in advance. Room assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for booking is June 30 23:59 (JST) or until the rooms are fully booked.

  • Payment

    • The room rate is to be paid by credit card via the online system no later than June 30 23:59 (JST).

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Free cancellation is available until 8 days prior to the day of stay. After that, cancellation fees will apply each day as follows:

    • 2 to 7 days prior to the day of stay: 20% of the rate
    • 1 day prior to the day of stay: 40% of the rate
    • On the day of stay: 50% of the rate
    • After the day of stay or if no notice is given: 100% of the rate
