The K computer Day in TACC-2012 in Italy (Sept 5, 2012)

The K computer Day was held on 5th of September 2012, a special one-day session, jointly sponsored by RIKEN, Fujitsu, University of Pavia and Comitato TACC.

The event was a part of TACC which is a conference on Theory and Applications of Computational Chemistry. Participants to the K computer Day include specialists of HPC from Europe and other countries. K. Hirao (Director, Riken AICS), M. Yokokawa (Division Manager, Riken AICS) and J. Iwata (Project Lecturer, the University of Tokyo) made presentations and held interactive discussions in conjunction with the exhibition of the K computer and its applications.
